At S4ME Tech, we work with third-party vendors and fulfillment partners to offer a variety of technology products. Because products may be shipped directly by different vendors, shipping methods, carriers, processing times, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, it will be submitted for processing and fulfillment. Processing times vary depending on the vendor, product availability, order volume, weekends, holidays, and other factors.

Any estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or after purchase are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping Times

Because S4ME Tech works with multiple vendors and fulfillment partners, there is no single shipping timeframe that applies to every product.

Carrier delays
Weather or other transportation disruptions
Holidays and periods of high order volume

When available, estimated shipping or delivery information will be provided on the product page, during checkout, or through order communications.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple products, those products may be fulfilled by different vendors or locations.

As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. You may also receive separate tracking information for individual shipments.

This is normal and does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is provided by the vendor or shipping carrier, it will be made available to you through the contact information associated with your order.

Please allow time for newly issued tracking numbers to become active within the carrier's tracking system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, may vary depending on the product, vendor, destination, and shipping method.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of S4ME Tech's direct control.

These can include carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to help you locate available tracking information or determine the appropriate next step with the vendor or carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or tracking indicates a potential delivery issue, please contact S4ME Tech as soon as possible.

We will review the available order and tracking information and, when necessary, work with the applicable vendor or shipping carrier to determine available options.

Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of damaged products or packaging when applicable, as these may be requested when investigating a shipping issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and vendor. Additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or restrictions may apply depending on the destination.

When applicable, customers are responsible for charges imposed by local customs or government authorities unless otherwise stated during checkout.
